About the Hike:
Echo Bend offers the perfect backdrop for our journey of guided observation and introspection. As we meander through the serene landscape, Candace will lead us through a series of meditations, observation exercises, and moments of deep introspection, aimed at fostering a profound connection with nature, ourselves, and those around us.
