Adventure Details:Born and raised on the West Coast and influenced heavily by his Polynesian upbringing, J Boog is one of the top reggae singers in recent years. His unique blend of sound and style was introduced on his 2007 debut album, Hear Me Roar, and Backyard Boogie, which included megahits like “Let’s Do It Again” and “Sunshine Girl.” Wash House Ting, released in 2016, topped Billboard reggae album charts and was nominated for Best Reggae Album at the 2018 Grammy® Awards. His EP Rose Petals was nominated for Best Reggae Album of the Year at the 2017 Grammy® Awards and also topped U.S. Billboard and iTunes reggae charts. Among his many accolades, J Boog was named Best Entertainer at the International Reggae and World Music Awards, and was nominated for Male Artist of the Year at the 2021 Island 98.5 Island Music Awards.
